Pros

There have been a lot of changes within the company in the last year and a half to two years. The changes directly addressed previous complaints, making the current work environment extremely conducive to learning and growth. The senior director & VP level employees are easy to talk to and genuinely care for new ideas. They encourage projects that push for efficiency and automation, allowing the company to scale with available technology. Taking initiative is encouraged and guidance is amply available. The current sales and marketing execs make the company what it truly is- a supportive and motivating environment.

Cons

-The people/hr/office management structure needs some more work. The current processes have potential but they need some updates- a few dedicated resources could make things like payroll, benefits, etc much easier to navigate. -The benefits aren't the best but that's the case with most small to mid-sized Bay Area companies. It's more of a problem that has to do with cost-of-living rather than with company.

Pros

Casual dress code, dog friendly, set hours.

Cons

Culture - literally no company culture. People - Was a female dominated work place, most of them were quiet, kept to themselves and overall did not look like they wanted to be there. Although there was one attractive and funny guy that added some personality to the place... Management - The weird thing was that there were more management, executive levels than associates.... None of them cared about their employees and did not make an effort to see why most of them seemed unhappy. Growth opportunities - From what I gauged, there is no opportunity for growth here. Employees that were there for multiple years received no raises or promotions. Compensation/ benefits - Really bad, they should be embarrassed Transferable skills - This company uses none of the mainstream software that most companies use. They use dated methods to get things done (mostly manual work), that could be done through automation if the company did not cheap out. Final thoughts - If you work here, you will lose motivation since you are not working towards anything. You will most likely end up unhappy like most of the people there and all these "directors" could care less. Keep in mind that I was here only a few months.... Imagine how much more worse people that have stayed much longer feel.
