Pros
Globalfoundries offered a good salary and benefits, too bad they could not execute on their mission. At best right now, they have at best a puncher's chance of staying in business in their present form now that the shareholder has pulled funding.
Cons
As seen by the recent spin off of the ASIC group, the company is going to be broken up and sold piecemeal. Hard to know if anyone is safe.
