Pros
Good initial salary, no idea of future increases. CEO has a vision and is not afraid to tell it like it is. If we are not doing well he holds no punches. The amount of money they are spending on the Malta site is a good indiction they intend be around a while.
Cons
Lack of training for simple dya to day tasks. Need to focus more on initial training of employees and not just getting them in the door. Hiring process is a little sloppy and needs more focus on communicating with applicants.
