Pros

Im struggling to think of them. Pay scale for experienced people maybe.

Cons

lack of pay on time, management is lackluster. Ive worked here almost 5 years. I've had four reviews. Three out of my four reviews I have exceeded expectations on my performance review. I have not been promoted nor been seriously considered for any management positions. When I ask what can I do to reach the next level be that in a tech role or non exempt, I'm told to keep doing what I'm doing. Over my almost five years here we've been forced to use vacation for cost savings three times. This most current time this month. there are four months left in the year and we have to sue 80 hours of vacation before the year is up. If you dont have 80 hours you have to use what you have. I've worked all over the country in this industry. In over 15 years I have never not gotten my pay on time. We did not get our pay this week on time. We were told it was a processing issue. No company that has a 7-9 billion $ fab has any excuse for their people not being paid on time. We were told it may take a day to reach our account. Well were paid on Friday. That means The entire malta campus will not be paid until Monday which would be the next Business day. This is unacceptable

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
