Great infrastructure Training and development programs transportation and facilities Employee benefits and corporate discounts flexible work timings great work-life balance. Decent and well educated management multi-cuisine canteens
Cons
Slow professional advancement (Due to matured technology and more long service employees) Some older (uncle) directors like to micromanage the lowest level staffs. Wasting resources (Manpower and money) on unwanted projects without considering return of investment. Some Management staff Show favour to some races regardless of their calibre and those people has good chance to grow and attack the other employees in the team.
