1. Worst food. If your lucky you won't get any insects in your food. 2. No salary on bench. 3. Very high internal politics. 4. 3 months notice period 5. No increment instead there is a variable pay system. During notice period you won't receive variable pay. So basically your CTC will remain the same when you leave the company. 6. HR's are zero helpful. 7. Inventory management guy will make you feel like he owns the company. 8. HR will also force every employee to post positive review on Glassdoor/google review. Also employee has to show the Screenshot proof to HR and HR will verify it before giving appraisal.
