Pros

Not too much pressure, not very toxic environment. The office was clean and ok, and there were times I was allowed to work from home. The training period was adequate and paid. The HR was helpful.

Cons

Pay is bad. Per diem they say, but you never get called in. They say seniority determines hours, but when there is little work you don't get work AT ALL. I had about 4 weeks (not consecutive. about 20 days) over the course of around 4 months. There is very little room for career growth. It's a dead end and everybody knows it. Maybe that's why nobody expects much from you. Every project is different and you're expected to jump in and do the work without really being instructed specifically what is expected. They say you learn on the job, but you never are called on the job, so you don't have the opportunity to "learn."

Pros

Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

Cons

Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

Pros

Some of the best and most caring people in office, management is understanding and HR is super nice

Cons

Pay is $8/hr starting, offices are cramped with no privacy and the top company leadership clearly does not give a single thought to how they effect their employees with their decision making
