Pros
Not any. They will hire you even with least skills because they know two things about an employee: 1. Beggars don't have options. 2. Once employed, you can't go anywhere else.
Cons
1. They eat up all the official tied slaries in projects and provide 1% of it to the employees. 2. Worst management and too much politics on the floor. 3. Marathi is the official and everytime language. 4. No appraisals and some of the leads have worse salaries than a gatekeeper. Becoming is lead is a suspense in itself. 5. Last but not the least........"they don't care"......."AT ALL".
