When you advance to assistant or test leads, they will not pay extra for your promotion, despite saying they will.

Randomised test leads on projects despite certain leads getting more work specifically from another company then put on something else.
Lie to clients about certain testers/leads are on training to put them on a different project to suit themselves, not the clients.
Compared to other QA companies, the pay is SHOCKING! Like not even living wage, and it is 0 hours.
