1. You won't get paid if you are on bench(Console game are very limited currently in the office). 2. Salary is not that high. 3. If Manager doesn't like you, you won't get promoted. 4. Won't get proper appraisal yearly. 5. Food is not that great and lot of the time we found insects within it. 6. Cab services are not provided for the day shift employees. 7. Before giving appraisal, HR team will force to you give a review on google or Glassdoor. Also you have to share the proof of the review by sharing a screenshot. If someone gives a negative review, HR will contact you and force you to change it to a postive review.
