      Pros

      I started working as a Junior LQA and after 1 year I was promoted to Senior LQA. The promotion process was fast and fair, I had the opportunity to work on more than 20 projects learning something new in each one. Each time I've had to leave for personal or health reasons, I've always been treated with great respect. I'm going on maternity leave soon and I received a lot of support and care from the team and HR at this very important stage in my life.

      Cons

      The bad thing about the games industry is that usually in December the number of projects drops significantly.

      Pros

      Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

      Cons

      Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

      Pros

      A hand full of genuinely nice people. The break room is great. They are relatively accepting and a very diverse enviroment.

      Cons

      There is a lot of gossip. Pay is terrible. They expect a lot from you for how much they pay. I once watched a guy at work almost OD and they didn’t know how to deal with it at all.
