Dynamic Place to Work - Network Specialist Globalive Employee Review

I worked for a company that Globalive purchased. First thing they did was let everyone who made $100K an up go, which was a positive since the company was too small to support the top heavy structure. The company I worked for became better managed or more professionally managed, not sure if this was a pro or con since previously at staff level there was a feeling of family amongst the staff.

Globalive unilaterally imposed new salary conditions on remaining employees bringing down top staff salaries to $80K per year

People were very friendly and helpful. Made me feel like a part of a big family.

The management was amazing, just the company needs to work on making the network better rather than making the plans cheaper.
