Pros

You get to design emails, mailers, leads, and website banners. Pay is pretty good for the entry graphic designer position and they offer great benefits.

Cons

Drama with employees and managers. Managers will not help you with workloads and you will get reprimanded/fired if you cannot keep up with the high demands and workloads. Management will not listen to feedback or change any systems to make them more efficient. Moving up in the company is usually based on personal relationships with leadership and not performance-based.

Pros

Career Stability: The company offers a strong sense of job security, which has allowed me to build a long-term career without constant uncertainty. Supportive Team Environment: Many colleagues are collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to help, which creates a positive day-to-day work atmosphere. Industry Experience: Working here has provided deep insight into the industry and allowed me to build expertise that would be difficult to replicate elsewhere.

Cons

Slow Advancement Pace: While I have progressed, the pace of advancement has been slower than I initially expected or desired. Career growth can sometimes feel limited or dependent on timing rather than performance. Limited Recognition at Times: Efforts and long-term contributions don’t always feel fully recognized or rewarded proportionally. Bureaucracy: Decision-making processes can be slow, which can hinder innovation and momentum. Compensation Growth: In some cases, compensation hasn’t kept up with the level of responsibility or tenure.

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
