Be nice to manager and buy them food and drinks on a regular basis, to get favour. Else you end up costing dealership on your day off to deliver cars. No woo life balance at all if you a sales person, however Upper management works their friezes hours (most of the time ). Extremely low job security ( could get fire the day after doing well in sales the previous month for no reason.
