learned alot and fun to be at work was given alot of responsibilities which was the most enjoyable part of my work always pushed to be a smart worker

too relaxed with employees who come on board only for 2-3months which spoils the work enviroment

Better work environment during festivals. Slight opportunities to build contacts

they follow a very rigid work environment where management policies of this company change at their own whims and fancies. An extremely demotivating work environment follows where any suggestions for any betterment are not encouraged or if given aren't appreciated. Lack working skills and surely they are no where the best in this field despite the 11 years experience.
