They are passionate about the programs they make and very kind and considerate to their staff.

The pay at the company can be on the low side but this is outweighed by the fact that they help their staff gain invaluable experience in television.

Any Software is available for editorial. The people that are hired are relatively nice and easy to work with.

Cracked software is used in the majority of the bays. Leadership is non existent, there is a 'get it done, or else' attitude that creates a hostile work environment. The work was half-assed, the shows being done were not up to a high level of standards.
