Pros

Working at a private airport. Getting to fly in a private plane .

Cons

My dad was passing away and while I was out of town to say goodbye they asked for my resignation. I said I would be gone 3 days. They said I didn't have enough time built to take the time off. I was back in 3 days and was paid out for 30 hrs. So much for not having any time. I was a very good employee. Did everything I was asked. Did whatever was needed to grow the company. Manager used her employees so she could do her own personal things. Hostile work environment. Manager asked me to baby my coworkers so she wouldn't literally cry in the office . She could even answer the phone without being dramatic. The manager didn't want to deal with her so asked me to compromise my days to accommodate the other worker so she wouldn't text her all day long crying. I was so glad to leave there. Seeing my dad was worth all the drama that . No company should ever put anyone through what I went through.

Pros

LOVE the luxury industry. We get to learn how the business runs and work with great guests in a very good environment. Opportunities for growth are available if you perform and work smart.

Cons

Before working here, I never worked for a rental car company, so I had to learn a lot of things.

Pros

Cheap employee rentals and commission

Cons

This company purposely understaffed at every location that they have so they don’t have to have that many people on payroll. You will spend sometimes time all day driving delivering cars annd cleaning and picking up cars to different hotels or locations 1 to 2 or even three hours away. You can’t use your PTO until you commit your life to this company for a year which is beyond insane considering that life happens there’s lots of favoritism and you’re doing majority of the work building the CEOs dream. This job can get so exhausting. You may be scheduled 9 to 5 but you may not get off till 730 or eight. There’s lots of micromanaging which can literally drive you insane and lots of passive aggressiveness. These people literally will say verbally it’s profit over people. They don’t really care about you if I could give this company zero stars I would. A lot of people this company don’t have an identity outside of their management role, which is why this whole job becomes who they are and they can get very nasty. for a company that makes millions of dollars every year and has almost A list celebrities as their clientele the amount of commission you give your employees is poor and greedy .. 0.0035%
