Store Licensee in Melbourne - Anonymous employee Go! Retail Group Employee Review

I had a great time running a store over Christmas 2016. I had very little retail or customer service experience but the program is pretty simple to follow and I got the hang of it in a few days. After that I was off and running. It was really fun dealing with customers and I loved the product - the range of titles was amazing and well received by customers. While the hours were, at times, long the financial rewards were there for me. The local manager (Troy) was really helpful and fun to work with too.
