Pros

Good 1st job if you're trying to start a career. You get a paycheck.

Cons

Where to really begin...they staff for general labor- which means that the staff makes $9/hr, most don't have cars, and are incredibly unreliable. You will be expected to fill jobs for clients at any cost- including picking up employees at their homes and driving them to work. Keep in mind you will be using your own car and will be compensated about $0.15/mile. They are so desperate to fill jobs for clients that they will hire/use almost anyone- including: former convicts, people on probation, people in drug rehab programs, and former employees who have previously been "let go" for one reason or another. If you enjoy being lied to, yelled at, cursed at, and completely ignored while trying to schedule your employees than you'll be okay. About 75% of the employees don't show up when they're scheduled and it's your responsibility to find someone else to work in their place. You will be yelled at and put down by account managers should you fail to do so. The account managers frequently refer to employees in racially demeaning terms, use inappropriate language to describe their work, and aren't shy to use the term "retarded" when referring to the labor employees. The hours make impossible to have any sort of life-work balance. Expect to work 10-12 hour days and weekends. You work so much overtime that most of it gets taken out in taxes and you never really see the money anyway. You are expected to work from home and reply to emails/texts even when you're off the clock (which is actually illegal, but that's not important to them) Going home and crying will be a normal occurrence in your life, as will crying at work. This company has such a high turn around rate, yet they seem to think they're doing nothing wrong. Notice that the only positive reviews are from current employees, most likely because they were forced to write reviews to save face for the company. They work their internal staff until they're completely burnt out and then replace them with someone "entry level" who doesn't know any better (like the fact that it takes almost 6 months to start earning any vacation/sick time- if you even last that long). All in all this company is not the best place to work if you have any sort of human emotions, care about your life outside of work, or enjoy feeling like you work for people that care about you on any level.

Thanks for taking the time to write such a long and detailed review. It’s obvious you were disappointed in your experience with us, and for that we sincerely apologize. Opening a new branch location is very difficult and we acknowledge there were some kinks to work out at our Oceanside location. Everyone their put in long, hard hours the first year or so as we got it up to speed from a staffing and systems standpoint. We apologize that your only tenure with our company was during that period. We only had a couple of minor quibbles with your review. First, you stated that 75% of employees don’t show up as scheduled. Our no-show rate is nowhere near that, and never has been (or we would have been out of business many years ago). Second, you stated that all of your overtime pay was taken out in taxes. We agree that many of our employees worked overtime during the year or so after we opened in Oceanside, but everyone to a tee has said that one of the benefits was that they made a lot more money than they expected due to the overtime. Last, any time an employee works from home, they are compensated for it, we don’t have anyone working “off the clock” for free. For the record, it is upsetting to hear that you feel we don’t care about our employees or the welfare of those who work for us. We care very much about our employees and that’s why we have done things like hire more drivers to keep recruiters off the road as much as possible (though it will always be a part of the job, and recruiters are all informed of this in their interviews). We hope that whatever position you moved on to, it better fits your needs and is a better environment for you. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review, and best of luck to you in the future!

Pros

I've worked with similar companies before, so I can appreciate the difference. Communication here is much better, and assignments don't change constantly without warning. Recruiters usually check in after placement and try to be as helpful as possible. The benefits and pay rates also compare favorably to what's offered locally.

Cons

Compensation varies by contractor and project.

• Reasonable deadlines • My manager is there to guide and support when necessary. • Always feels great to match people with the right job for them • Pleasant work environment where many lasting friendships have been made • Lots of restaurants around the office • Company events (even personal milestones are celebrated)

Cons

No. This was my first job straight out of college, and I’m still here.
