- Micro managed
- Working outside of 9-5 is the norm
- Illusion of task ownership, but really it's down to managers and owners to have final say and input
- No clear career path. Promises of promotion but would rather try to hire cheap than progress current employees
- The fact you can see the operations managers review here say that the company is perfect is absolutely laughable
- Everyone is very stressed all of the time
- The technology is inconsistent, so employees end up having to make excuses and lying for reasons outside of their control
- Blame culture
- Some real bad egg employees
- Upper management had a drive a while ago to get all employees to write Glassdoor reviews but most employees refused (can you guess why?)
