      Great atmosphere to work! Challenging work but very rewarding. Great company to work for if you're looking to grow professionally.

      Cons

      It's hard work. Long hours and you have to hustle. You get out what you put in. Your schedule is sometimes determined by breaking news. You're on call 24/7

      Great way to fast track your career, growth is substantial and the protections the company offers versus freelance are spectacular

      Cons

      On the road a lot, and if you aren’t comfortable being on call it’s not for you.

      Good experience and connections. Use of gear not easily accessible to self employed operators.

      Cons

      Promises not kept, impossible to plan anything without getting prior approval for a day off as you are technically on call 24/7 and expected to be able to get out your door ready to go to a job within an hour of being called
