Pros

Access to some amazingly talented people. To sum it up, love what I do, but starting to hate the job.

Cons

-Systemically terrible communications. Wrong/conflicting information communicated if any at all. Employees are left in the dark with no idea whats going on with the company -HR hides behind managers. HR should be open to hearing issues within the company and how to best address them. They should not hide behind employees managers for HR centric questions, be harsh to concerned employees, or reprimand those that come to them directly. -Extremely slow to address employee questions and concerns. -Employee last mentality seems to be common in management. Nobody is sticking their neck our for the employees and moral is rock bottom. -Nonstandard systems with little to no training on them. Improvements and development on the systems are painfully slow since the systems are nonstandard and homegrown. -No organization chart is available to employees. Its been almost a year with no clear direction of whats going on within the company. No way to check who someone reports to, or who is in charge of what. Just waste hours asking around in circles in the statues quo. -Adverse to change or improvement. Strong "this is how we've always done it so it must be right" mentality. -Large company run like its still 30 people.

Pros

Great reseller to work for. A lot of recognition in the marketspace for our support and value-add so selling is much easier than for typical VAR's

Cons

Needs better onboarding process to help sellers hit the ground running faster.

Pros

6 weeks of PTO and decent health insurance. $400 HSA contribution per quarter.

Cons

I’ve worked 10 years in corporate sales and his company has the worst crm data hygiene I have ever seen. Little to no context in contact outreach. Also there isn’t really an organized knowledge base to effectively answer technical questions. When you show up, you’re given a blank onedrive to fill out on your own with templates, scripts, and product information. There really isn’t time to be creating your own knowledge base and SOPS. The base salary is low but thought it could be tolerable for a well established company with reliable processes.
