      Pros

      Excellent expectations of the work-life balance. Flexibility of working hours and hybrid working model. Positive and engaging leadership team. Ambitious company with big, achievable goals for the future. A local company doing things for local people with excellent community engagement and social awareness. Strong focus from HR to encourage both physical and mental health & wellbeing using various perks, apps and schemes.

      Cons

      Speed of growth and a new senior leadership and management team mean there are parts of the business that sometimes haven't quite kept up. However, ambitious, hard working and positive attitudes make things happen.
