I cannot think of any cons. Maybe the travel back and forth to the office in rush hour in a packed tube.

I've had the privilege of freelancing through GoLocalise for many years now, and each and every voice over session has been an absolute joy. From being greeted by lovely coordinators and sound engineers alike who seem like to get along like family, to getting in a puppy cuddle or two by the sweetest of cocker spaniels. The entire staff have always lifted my spirits with a warm welcome and the sharing of laughter. They're a friendly bunch and work diligently to ensure both a successful and enjoyable session. (I'm also a rather big fan of being able to talk about my favourite counties with this multicultural bunch. You truly do feel like one of the family.) Sessions have always been run professionally and paid for promptly. The recording suites are top notch and water is readily available, as are a sweet treat (or ten) if you're looking to indulge.

While not in Soho, this seemingly best kept secret location is a few minutes walk from Stockwell Station, as well as some of the best Portuguese custards tarts and shrimp turnovers this side of Lisbon. I've had to seriously increase the exercise to allow for those tarts!
