The people who come to work here are generally amazing, super talented people with their hearts in the right place.
Cons
Despite being made up of some of the best people, the work culture is unfortunately totally toxic and filled with blame and pointing fingers. Despite one’s best intentions, it becomes impossible to bring your best self to work. So much time is wasted on internal issues and even the best of people end up fighting each other rather than working collaboratively, because they are not set up to succeed. This all starts at the very top, with a huge lack of leadership and ability to clarify vision, constant changes in direction, and never giving anything enough time to succeed, so that nothing ever makes progress. It is laughable that one of the company’s values is “Speak the truth, even though your voice shakes”, when those who attempt to are often thrown under the bus at a later date.
