      People don't know what they're doing so you get to figure out lots on your own

      Cons

      People don't know what they're doing so the company is terribly run and layoffs are slowly happening over time. Super toxic leadership too.

      Pros

      Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

      Cons

      Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
