Pros
The only pro's are the couple of managers in the customer service department who actually care what the employees have to say. The CEO does *not* care about the employees, nor their feelings on said matters.
Cons
Everything. -Low pay -*NOT* A START UP. This company has been going for 8+ years. That is not a start up. Do not let them lure you in under the guise of "start up" mentality. -CEO does not give a salt about his employees. Meetings are filled with the CEO begging for the employees to boost the company in a good light, to post on their own social media about the company, and gives attitude to anyone who says otherwise. -No advancement. -Employees in certain departments who should not be there, but because they're friendly with the CEO, they cannot be touched. -Overworked. -You will be asked to do 300% more than what you should be for the low, degrading pay -Understaffed. For a reason. Employee turn over is high, because the good ones learn how crappy the company is handled, and run for the hills to better pastures. -Meetings aren't meetings. It is the CEO talking, while everyone else is on mute (as we are told to), so the CEO talks about things as we have to continue working while the meetings is occurring. -PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS. THESE ARE VALID. DO NOT WORK HERE. Run from this company, and take heed of others experience. This is not a well run company, and it's unfortunate that the CEO doesn't care enough to listen. Shame. You will be worked to the bone, with *NO* raises possible. You will be offered a "stock option" as a raise. That is inexcusable.
