Pros
Salary is paid in a timely manner. You choose your working hours. Bonus system, loyalty system. Our regional manager Mr. Barış is very approachable and friendly, he is so respectful toward us. He is the main reason why many teachers still stick around despite the low hourly fee. He and Mr. Nihat frequently host meetings to keep things under control.
Cons
Hourly fee is on the lower side compared to some other companies in this line of work. You have very little contact with the company after your recruitment process. The company cannot keep up with my country's inflation.
