Pros

Decent salary. Remote. “Trusted” to do your work is also a euphemism for “zero leadership or guidance” Okay benefits. The tech is actually really innovative when used correctly and implemented correctly. Otherwise…meh. Just use the hire to look for a better job. One day the market will get better.

Cons

The software is cringe-ily bad at basic things like being user/guest friendly (and QRs are their thing) or solving for standard hospitality software needs. Only useful in highly niche spaces or you need a specific integration. Unless a big client forces them into improving. Boys club. Not a lot of diversity. Egos everywhere. Bad leadership/no sales manager in sight. Nepotism and deeply cliquey. The people who work there seem scared to move for fear they get fired and just keep their head down so they can keep the job. Sad to see. Feels less “disruptive” and more “culty” with no real structure or accountability. Low payouts for closed business. Not seeing any new recent funding…

Pros

During my internship, I was able to work on projects that were being shipped to production. Not a lot of internships give you that real-world experience, and I definitely got that here.

Cons

There were times that their wasn't too much work for me to do, but that was minimal.
