      Goto group is a nice place to work, I would recommend this company for those who seeks to learn in fast paced environment. The culture also really great, it support inclusivity and cross collaboration across level.

      Cons

      But, the company seems very lacking in growing the employees in terms of career or any other development. You might feel stuck in your position without clarity of what will happened with your development in the next 6 months or 1 year.

      Pros

      - Flexible working arrangement, no rigid daily absence - Trusting environment to performers, no micro-management (at least in my team), no bureaucracy, top leaders are reachable - Good salary - Good work-life balance - Company pays attention to employee well-being, experience, and learning

      Cons

      - most directions might seem bottom-up - cross-function collaboration can be improved, for some units collaboration spirit is lacking - slow decision making at times - tough promotion for middle managers
