Pros
GoToTags is a small company built by some unique people. Each person at GoToTags is different but they all share a common sense of adventure and the desire to work hard to get the best out of life and business. This is not a huge company where you feel like one of a million faceless employees sitting in a cubicle. You will make an impact in the company. Flexibility in schedule and more paid vacation than most companies.
Cons
Since it is a small company and growing there is a lack of structure compared to older, larger companies. Depending on the person, this can create a feeling of instability. Salary is also lower compared to larger companies.
