They fire more than 20 people at a stretch and then had the audacity to repost the job roles. They simply hire and fire. they hire low salaried people and fire them once the time to offer hike comes. However, they keep a few people for years as they need ego boost 24*7. So, these good for nothing employees stay there year after year as they won't get a job anywhere else. And these employees are responsible to give 5 start reviews to the company so they can overshadow the negative ratings.

There is nothing to like about..i just wasted by time joining here. Best Advice - If u really want to grow in ur career don't join (Gowebbo) instead waste some more months & join a good company or a small startup where u can grow.

Salary not on time 2. Too much politics the ones who are in favoritism will not be fired or scolded by using abusive languages (for them even if a client goes away manager will just scold like a normal guy) & the ones who are not under favoritism will be thrased out everyday. 3. Both the manager & TL doesn't keep upto date themselves with SEO 4. Manager has 0 knowledge on SEO but will behave as if he knows a lot 5. BLOGS, GMB POSTS & sheet after sheet u have to fill up unnecessarily & rank check each & every day.. 6. If your rank goes down below 10..then ur countdown begins (laying u off) 7. U have no access to GA4, AHREFS & GMB 8. to do GMB one machine is used by 50 employees so if u forget to post even one post by mistake Manager won't spare you 9. No tools means u can't check anything (performance of SEO) even if u want u won't get it. 10. Write blogs only with Chatgpt or Claude (that is too free version not paid) 11. The most hard part - u can't rank blogs, u can't change content, keyword 12. All u have to do is bring rank on 1st page & it should be consistent, if ranks falls under 10..u r finished 13. The TL loves to flirt with women employees & if that women employees don't give attention to him then its a worst day for her life why?? He would Start treating the same way like MANAGER does. 14. If u fall sick or have emergency issue then company won't be able to arrange an Ambulance..plus company don't have basic medical things (thermometer, medicines, nothing) 15. Salary is not on time HR will tell Salary will come by 10th so if 10th is Saturday or Sunday u will get it next working day that too either it can at Night or Next Day (& it happens everymonth) 16. Talking about Growth - well there is no growth all u have to do is Business Listings & Blog Writing which i can think a class 5 or 6 will be able to do..apart from that u can't do any other things. 17. No Job Security 18. No work life balance 19. No freedom or doing research on SEO 20. Very very very toxic environment. NOTE - JOIN ONLY IF U think you CAN BRING RANK IN TOP 10 WITHIN 1MONTH IF NOT GET READY TO BE ABUSED INFRONT OF EVERYONE & ALSO JOIN ONLY IF U CAN KEEP THE RANKS IN "1" throughout the YEAR not 2 or 3..& after requesting payslip so many times u won't get it
