      Good pay, Accomadation, and health care

      Cons

      Not a healthy place to work physically or mentally, poor communication, no team moral and total disrespect and disregard of stud staff. If you wanted to be treated like a person don’t work for this company!

      Good people to work with, most of the managers are exceptional as well.

      The pay. Several other thoroughbred industry employers are beginning to offer competitive benefits and higher pay.
