They are all about the money but everyone is easily underpaid, enough that people have left because of it. The high ups blame the people on the floor for things they should have been monitoring. Everyone is always in a meeting or too busy. You better be a yes person and what they call a team player or you’re out. Don’t work 2nd shift, especially if your wife works there too.
