      If you work hard, you will find many opportunities to grow in the company It is a nice work environment Lots of smart and friendly people Leadership is accessible Company is growing fast

      Cons

      As in most of the companies that grow too fast, you will find lack of process in different areas, which makes it challenging to work sometimes.

      Geting the pay on time and every two weeks paying paycheck.I like it.

      Cons

      present not seen any down streams.They promised to file my green card within 6 months.
