Pros

location - that's about it!

Cons

This company plays favorites for sure - if you're upper management or have been with the company for over 5 years then you're safe. If you love to be micromanaged then this company is for you. You will micromanaged for EVERY little thing you do - down to writing a standard email to another employee. Some employees are allowed to work remote (and have a lower expectation of work than in office employees). It's a small company so I understand not have many perks - however to make your employees pay for parking and keys to the office is a little ridiculous. The office is supposed to be a cool trendy spot in Asbury Park, but know you will be packed like a sardine and will be sitting at a desk that you'll barely have enough room to put a notebook on.

We’re sorry you felt this way! If these issues were brought to our attention during your employment, we certainly would have worked with you to fix them. We encourage our employees to talk about any issues they may be facing and have a very understanding team of professionals who generally want everyone to be happy. If you were not comfortable speaking with your individual manager, there are many others who would have been happy to help, including the HR team. According to our policy manual, employees who have been with the company for over 1 year can submit for full reimbursement of their quarterly parking permit. We apologize if you were unaware of this policy, but it is clearly outlined in the policy manual that employees have readily accessible at all times. Employees have never been asked to pay for keys to the office, unless the keys were lost or damaged by fault of the employee and a replacement was necessary. You’ll be happy to know that shortly after this review was posted, the company moved to a larger space next door where we are currently housed today. We were aware of how quickly our team was growing and how our old office was getting tight. We acquired a space that is significantly larger than our previous space where employees now have ample room and large desks. Majority of them actually have their own offices!
