- Manipulative boss - Hires a foreign eye candy with no talent or work ethic, but thinks she co-owns the company because the boss favours her. Please bring yourself back down to Earth. - Hides behind a young lawyer friend who does his dirty work (criticizing others, giving negative reviews) because the boss has a bad command of the English language. - Long work hours, no concern for employees welfare. - Expects you to work consecutive WEEKS without rest days simply because of the lack of manpower. - Low pay, wage scheme is a total farce. You can disregard whatever is in the contract because what the boss says is the final word, and more often than not, you get less than what is stated. - Empty promises and illusions of “career progression”. - Clear discrimination towards some employees and lack of fairness and respect in the workplace.
