The company overall seemed good, a lot of growth Salary was good Very nice show room
Cons
Too many members of management, no consistency in rules and regulations It’s one rule for sales and another for management/a selected few - A lot of favouritism, very clicky environment Assistant managers sit and discuss personal, private matters regarding team in open spaces and just fall awkwardly silent when people pass by A lot of discussing each other and hear say going on, but no member of management makes you feel comfortable or confident to call out and address anything. After being in store for a short amount of time you can see the divide between the staff and the little clicks that basically have final say in store. I really did not enjoy my time in this showroom
