Pros
A good company as a whole. It has a steady salary for the job description as a deputy manager. I would say that the environment can be a bit cramped at times due to the small space quite a lot of staff work in. We run a friendly store with mostly good staff who care and enjoy their jobs. Plenty of openings for other opportunities.
Cons
Sometimes a bit of a tight space to work in, the company have decided to not pay manager bonuses for 23-24 FY even though the company still made HUGE profits compared to other struggling retailers right now.
