The owner is raging mad at times and screams and curses at employees in front of other employees. There is no professionalism. The owner cares about making money and not about taking care of his employees or fostering a great work culture. I hated almost every day of work because I had to work for him. He asked for more than was possible and expected me to work unreasonable hours to accomplish the daily goals and tasks assigned to me.
