You get to independently do your tasks and present your findings to the team, including higher leadership. Observations and suggestions are valued and implemented.
Cons
Less interaction with other interns as all interns work separately on different projects across India. But if possible, they could have an ice-breaker session with them or activities where interns get to interact with each other. Although, understandably, time constraints and project demands might not allow time for such activities.
