Pros
Below the executive level, the work culture and camaraderie of the people was second to none. Wonderful, talented, supportive folks, who all deserve/d better treatment and respect.
Cons
Wage theft. Due to gross mismanagement at the hands of the CEO, several months worth of salary was not paid to staff, and NO ONE has received their full backpay or entitlements yet, 6 months and counting later. This is especially cruel for those made redundant, who were left high and dry. The financial and mental damage this has inflicted on all employees is substantial and ongoing.
