Really collaborative, leadership listens to all opinions and ideas and really care about the whole team as people. Great product lines and innovation. Well resourced for a small team, and we get to do things for the first time. Fun business and great founder. And while GoodPop is still young the teams are getting really clear on expectations and roles & responsibilities.
Cons
Normal downsides of a small business, we're all doing a lot of things all the time, but it's pretty fun.

There is such an earnest commitment to building a world of good that I haven't seen since my nonprofit career. Team members are treated exceptionally well with educational and WFH tech reimbursements. Not only is GoodPop a B Corp, but they also have a foundation that donates to local and national charities. It's been really fun to be a part of. Personal time is also greatly respected. Within my first month at GoodPop, I had a family emergency that kept me from work for nearly three weeks. My team was incredibly supportive throughout everything, keeping me in the loop while simultaneously giving me the space I needed to be with my family.
Cons
The company is expanding quickly, and some processes need to be ironed out in order for things to scale effectively. Leadership is taking steps to get these set up, though.
