The company moves quickly, and priorities and goals can sometimes change rapidly. The fast pace can make it challenging to keep up with changing expectations at times.

My experience at Goodrec has been great overall! The culture genuinely challenges you to grow and become a better version of yourself, and you feel that every day. Everyone is exceptional and you are constantly learning from the people around you. Leadership is open to new ideas and flexible in supporting your development based on your skill set. They also do in-person meetups, which I really enjoy because they make remote work feel way more connected. Actually getting to see your team makes a big difference.

The one area with potential for improvement would be benefits. However, the company does make an effort to keep the team motivated and satisfied.
