Smart office in Watford predominantly has call centre staff some nursing, account managers and IT and senior management. If your face fits it can be a really great place to work.

Some heads of department are duplicitous and back stabbing can be vicious. The Account management team are heavily focused on delivering a good service to their clients lead contact and line managers but often overwhelmed with tasks. Nurses are top notch. Head of HR left a lot to be desired perhaps they have mellowed since I worked in the business

Good support from management, Opportunity for progression, Good training, Friendly atmosphere

Understaffed for contact centre causing too many calls and not enough people to answer them, Sometimes micromanagement, Not always flexible to employee needs as it stands now
