Thank you for your feedback despite your mixed feeling about your experience within the company. It's always interesting and help us to progress. It seems that you particularly appreciated the quality of relations between employees at Critizr as well as the company's commitment to a healthy and responsible work environment in terms of quality and life balance. I am proud of our diversity, with an equality index of 92 out of 100, and of the fact that I am surrounded by 30 different nationalities on a daily basis. I am also proud of our skills sponsorship actions with 12 associations. I have taken innovative measures in terms of flex work and parental leave, and I have also taken it to heart to go beyond our obligations and ensure that suffering, whatever it may be, does not hinder the success and professional development of Critizr employees. All these achievements would be meaningless if we did not move forward on the path of success for 10 years. This past year our platform has been enriched with new features and innovative products that already make us the European leader in retail customer relations. Our customer profiles: groceries, DIY, banks, fashion, restaurants, automotive... have continued to diversify in France and internationally. We owe this success to the whole company and the leadership team that I have gathered around me. This team has a great ability to listen to the expectations and evolution of our markets but also to our employees. The one never goes without the other!
