      Remotely working is very nice.

      Cons

      No structure at all. It’s a start up I get it, but no direction. Leadership doesn’t lead by example.

      Pros

      unlimited PTO and remote work. The sale is super easy.

      Cons

      The company is unsure of what they want to be. OKR dont come out until August, Bonuses are peanuts and wont be paid out until August. There is no leadership and if there is a leadership call changes are the leader will miss it. Its hostile and you will get blammed for everything
