      Pros

      Good wages, new building and plenty of parking.

      Cons

      Found business owner unpredictable, little to no support given and no induction at all just left to find own way. Unrealistic KPI's there are no CRM systems and no allowance for human error which is impossible with the volume of work being processed.

      Good people on shop floor great banter and always busy

      Upstairs Downstairs vibe between management and lads on shop floor I felt undervalued the last few months I was there as I had personal issues going off and was told one thing so I felt they was standing by me then weeks later they move the goal post and tell me other things then threatening me with my job so felt I had too leave even though I didn't want too
