      It was a really good work atmosphere on the festivals and i learned a lot.

      i have no cons in mind except the fact that we have to film til very late sometimes

      Kommunikation ist super, man wird ernst genommen und ich fühle mich safe. Gerne wieder!

      Cons

      Man muss manchmal um Sachen wie Groundtransport sich selbst kümmern (nicht immer) und letztes Jahr gab es Frühstück nur an dem Arbeitsort (was ziemlich sinnlos ist, wenn du weitweg wohnst und erst um 14 Uhr vor Ort sein musst).
