Low pay; didnt pay out bonuses as a company last year. New ownership has reduced flexible hybrid schedule to one day with required in-office days are Mondays and Fridays. It was previously WFH on Mondays/Wednesdays/Friday which made sense given the late night/ early monring meetings in Singapore (HQ) to accomodate the time change. Extremely low retention rate
